  • Cycle-Cycle/Sculpt
    • Adjust the tension and pace of your bike as you follow the instructor on the journey. This is a great class for both beginners and advanced cyclers. Cycle/Sculpt incorporates strength training movements on and off the bike.

  • Cardio-Mix/Cardio-Blast
    • These classes will really get your heart pumping-using a variety of movements and equipment to keep your heart at peak performance and push your metabolism beyond its comfort zone.

  • Total Body Conditioning
    • This class will fuse together different intensities and types of exercise to create intervals and variations that shock your body into getting more fit.

  • Yoga
    • Enjoy the peace within as you grow stronger as you incorporate many forms of yoga at multilevel. All class members will be challenge no matter your experience or age.

  • Pilates-Power Pilates
    • Increase your overall muscle tone and strength through very controlled movements and positions. Power Pilates is more weight intense than regular Pilates.

  • Power/Power Mix
    • Power-focuses on using a wide variety of equipment (resistance tubes, hand weights, steps, etc.) you will work all the major muscle groups. Power-Mix adds a strong sense of cardio-intensity.

  • Zumba
    • Dance aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. Come ready to have some fun!

  • Circuit City/Youth Circuit
    • Hit every muscle group as you burn calories through stations with the use of different fitness equipment. Bosu, step, kettlebells ,weights, jump ropes, resistance bands, etc.

  • Crosstraining
    • Combining all forms of exercise into an energizing and fun workout. Be prepared to join in the challenge and enjoy the sense of community with your fellow Brookridge members.

  • Kickboxing
    • This class will combine the energy of kicking and punching along with great cardio vascular and core training. If you have gloves, bring them.

  • Core N More
    • Strengthen your abs, back, glutes and more in this class format that focuses on the core muscles.

  • TPI Fitness
    • PGA Professional Garret Walker is a TPI certified professional on staff that can build a specific workout that would benefit your golf game.

      TPI is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible.

      Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.   TPI’s mission is to educate golfers and industry professionals on the body/swing connection through its one of a kind ‘TPI Certified’ educational program. This program was developed by founders Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips along with a 52 member advisory staff of industry leading experts. Five unique fields of study are offered for TPI Certification: Golf, Medical, Fitness, Power and Junior Development. Currently, there are over 15,000 TPI Certified professionals in 58 countries assisting players of all skill levels.
